STANDARD PROCESS
IT'S AS EASY AS...
One, two, three!
How This Works - 3 Easy Steps

Step 1: Call

-
Call Pickering Home Improvement to register and setup an appointment for an in house consultation.

Step 2: In Home Consultation

-
We will give you an introduction to Pickering Home Improvement and explain how we work together with local qualified home improvement companies to give you the best possible experience.

-
You will learn more about our "House Dr." program and have the opportunity to ask any questions before the assessment.

-
At the end of the consultation you will have a greater understanding of the price, products, the services required to proceed. Within 1 business day you will receive an electronic copy of the estimate via email.

Step 3: Project

-
When you are ready to begin your home improvement project(s) your consultant will arrange the right service(s) to meet your needs. Projects that are larger in scale may require multiple meetings to discuss personal choices (e.g. materials, style, various options etc.).

-
Once the project details are agreed upon, a contract or receipt will be drafted by Pickering Home Improvement outlining the work to be completed, the price and agreed upon payment structure requested. For same day projects you will be notified of the price beforehand. Payments are all made to Pickering Home Improvement and will be received by a Pickering Home Improvement Consultant.

-
When the project begins, your consultant is available to answer questions or concerns. This allows our contractors/trades workers to focus on delivering quality service. This provides you with a clear line of communication to make this process a more enjoyable experience.

Project Completion

-
Upon project completed, you and your consultant will inspect the work to ensure that everything is to your satisfaction. All outstanding documents and financial matters will be closed (e.g. payment of remaining balance or payment plans as scheduled).

-
After the project has closed, you can expect a courtesy call thanking you for the business and asking about your experience. We also encourage you to call and ask any questions regarding your home.
